What I do
Fractional CTO
CHF 2,400 / day2–4 days a month, minimum three months. I own architecture, the deploy pipeline, the review bar, security posture, and the technical side of hiring. For teams that need the decisions made without a CHF 200k salary attached to them.
Build sprint
from CHF 18,000Four to six weeks, fixed price, fixed scope. A defined product or module delivered running in production, with tests and a pipeline. Change requests get re-quoted rather than quietly absorbed.
Rescue
CHF 6,500Two weeks, fixed. An inherited codebase nobody understands. You get a written assessment, a working local setup, CI that actually runs the tests, and a ranked list of what breaks first — whether or not we work together afterwards.

How I work
- One
verifycommand per repository — lint, typecheck, test. CI runs exactly that command. Green on your machine means green on the branch. - Everything ships through a branch and a pipeline. The deliberate step is the pipeline, not a person remembering to click something.
- Self-hosted by default. Postgres, Caddy, systemd, on hardware you can point at. No per-seat pricing, no vendor lock-in, no surprise invoice.
- Handover is designed in from day one. Standard stack, full data export, documentation written for the engineer who arrives after me.
Questions people actually ask
You're one person. What happens if you disappear?
Fair, and it is why handover is in the contract from the start: a standard stack, one command that runs the whole check suite, CI any engineer can read, and complete data export. You are buying a system a normal team can pick up — not my availability. Ask your last agency for a full data export and time how long it takes.
How do I know AI-written code is any good?
You don't — and you wouldn't for hand-written code either. That is what tests and pipelines are for. The housing system above carries 2,341 unit tests and 173 end-to-end tests, and nothing reaches production without all of them passing. I am accountable for the output regardless of what typed it.
We need someone on site, full time.
Then you need an employee, and I will tell you that rather than sell you four days a month that won't fix it. I'm happy to help write the role and sit in on the technical interviews instead.
Can you do it cheaper?
Not by lowering the rate — by reducing the scope. Tell me which part can wait, and I'll re-quote the rest honestly.
